Stuffy nose, congestion, cough.....these are all relieved with a few drops of this essential blend.  Rosemary, Spearmint, Clary Sage, Eucalpytus, and Marjoram essential oils blend will open up your beathing passages to calm that bothersome cough.  With allergy season here this blend is a staple in my nightstand diffuser.  
Add a few drops on the shower floor  while taking a steam shower to fill the bathroom with spa like steam.
